Small Developments Limited was started in 2017 by Andy Small and Pete Gilbert. The relationship began when Andy worked on an extensive rennovation of Pete's own house. Pete soon recognised Andy's attention to detail, high standard of workmanship and ethics. With Pete's money and Andy's skill and experience, they have built a great partnership that has led to a number of new developments and extensive rennovations.

Andy has over 30 years experience working as a builder and learnt his trade from his father when he began working with him at the age of 15. Andy now has a team of over 10 full time staff and a number of regular sub contractors whom he manages.

Based in Aston Abbotts and Amersham, Small Developments are able to provide a full scope of services including designs, architectural and structural plans, project management, building and interior design.
